Too little time with too many tires to keep spinning? FlatStoppers® are saving thousands of tires world-wide while they are “stuck” in storage. Whenever you’re parking your car for 30 days or more, this best-selling product will preserve your tire shape. Once tires are set in FlatStoppers on a level surface, they settle into the pad’s concave depression, which evenly disperses the weight of the car across the increased contact patch and prevents flat spots. Additionally, FlatStoppers will not conduct heat or cold into your tires despite changing floor temperatures.

New! The RR-FS and RR-FS-10 have a reduced angle of approach for even smoother vehicle positioning. All FlatStopper models are now 28″ long with an 8.9 degree angle of approach. If you have monster tires, be sure to check out our supercar version for tires up to 14 inches wide. See options in matrix below.

Q. How do I get my car on/off of my FlatStoppers?
A. See directions here.

Q. What are flat spots?
A. Tire Rack has a great explanation here. “As they roll, tires go from a relaxed state to a loaded state about 800 times every mile. This constant deflection generates heat that makes the tires more flexible. But once they are parked, the spot in contact with the ground (the tire’s footprint) flattens as it is pressed against the road’s flat surface as the tires cool. This is what generates flat spots.”

Q. How do FlatStoppers help my tires from getting flat spots?
A. When a FlatStopper is cradling your car tire, the amount of contact (that is supporting the full weight of your car) is significantly increased over just leaving your tires parked on a cement floor.

Q. Can’t I just “drive off” my flat spots when I take my car out of storage?
A. This myth, and several others, are addressed here. The short answer is that you are far better off keeping your tires from ever getting flat spots than you are trying to get rid of them once they appear. The longer your car is in storage, the less likely it is that you’ll be able to do anything to rid the tire of the flat spot.

very well made and very very tough material.
had to use two way tape on mine because they were not doing the job on my racedeck garage floor, kept sliding non stop.
    problem solved.
    so far so good.

Brian at Impressions Auto Salon loaned me a set of these to try for my NSX. I run very soft/sticky tires and the car being royalty sits for about 2-3 weeks at a time. I would have a some flat spot vibration when I would take this barn queen out for a canyon run. This is no longer an issue with these Flatstoppers. If I stop driving my 911 & 458 so much, I will get a set for them too!

Perfect for long term storage. I put my car up on these if I won’t be driving for 30 days or more. If you are deciding between two sizes, get the larger of the two. The supercar one really is for ultra-wide tires… these are great for a 2006 BMW M3.

The next size down (14″) is good for most vehicles… I have them on a 2007 BMW X5 SUV with fairly large tires.

Quality apparent from time of unboxing. Yes, these are no doubt expensive – but sure beats having to hoist the car up on jackstands, particularly for those unfamiliar with lifting car up but still intend to stow car away for a long time.

After two months plus storage and having low profile tires stored in a unheated Buffalo NY garage It, finally warmed up to take her out for a little exercise and move the fluids around, backing off is a breeze seemed like I parked it yesterday , great product no flat spots as advertised cant be more happy

Very useful for storing my prewar MG fitted with Blockley bias ply tires that tend to flatspot quite quickly. Also raised the pressure 5lb to help and the tires fit the shape well at 28in overall diam. Usual Raceramp high quality, strength and lightness with no sign of indentations under the tires. Drove to about 2ft from where I wanted to position the car, put the ramp edge up to the tire and then drove up, no slippage even on a shiny epoxy floor. Took a few attempts to drive up slowly lifting all four corners of the car without stalling.

I reciecved them today, and like the above review took about 3 or 4 tries , dont want to over shoot and hit a block wall with my RC350 , purchased the wider version. Easy set up and hugs the shape of the tire and very well made and American made nice too see that .

I am using these now for my 911, instead of having a MUCH tougher time using a heavy floor jack & putting the car up on jack-stands. Seems like a good concept, although it’s a little tricky getting all 4 in exact position & then driving up on them. Had to try 3-4 times.
Now that I’ve got it right – I’m going to mark the floor before I put them up for summer.

I put about an extra 10 psi in the tires (low profile) before driving the car up on these ramps. After 8 months of storage at about 65-70 degrees F I topped off the air pressure and took the car for a drive. There was a little roughness that went away in less than five minutes and a perfect ride after that. These are a great option if you don’t want to put your car up on jacks.

Been using Flatstoppers on my expensive tires I run on my hobby cars. These ramps are well made, light weight, and very robust.

This is actually my 3rd set. Considering my tires are $300+ each, this is a very worthy investment for the months my car is in storage during the winter.
I recommend anyone hibernating their cars to use 42-45psi + Flatstoppers (be sure to lower it to the proper psi before driving).

Definitely hug the tires, will be able to tell in six months.
Two of six month periods have passed that the vehicle has been sitting on the ramps. After removing the vehicle there are no signs of flat spots nor dry rot. Definitely good for tires that sit a long time in one spot.

These are high quality ramps and work well with lowered antique cars. I haven’t used them with a car fitted with a low front splitter, but they seem like they might be long enough. Plus they keep your tires off the concrete, which helps prevent rot.

Parked my porsche 996 on these and love it! The car does not move for 5-6 weeks and its nice to not worry about flat spots.
